Governor Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe State Received Delegates From The First Surat Group Management.

Top management of First Surat Group, proprietors of the Nigeria Tulip International Colleges (NTIC), Nigeria Nile University (NTNU) and Nizameye Hospital, has visited H.E Gov. Ibrahim Gaidam in Abuja today.
The delegation was led by First Surat Chairman, Mr. Mehmet Bashturk and included the Vice Chancellor Nile University Mr. Huseyin Sert, Managing Director First Surat Mr. Orhan Kertim and the Dean of Post Gradauate School, Nile University Prof. Musa Muhammed.
The delegation briefed the governor on the state of academic progress at the Yobe NTIC and the range of programmes at the Nile University.
Mr. Kertim told the governor that Yobe NTIC students continue to excel in relevant national examinations, including WAEC and JAMB, saying WAEC performance for the year was 100 percent while the JAMB average across all NTIC schools is 240 marks.
The First Surat MD added that Yobe NTIC is second following Ogun NTIC in all examinations across the NTIC schools nationwide.
"There is a lot of potential in Yobe. The zeal to learn among students is fantastic. And because of Your Excellency's support to the education sector in the state, Yobe will continue to do well and move further along educationally", he said.
The First Surat delegation thanked Governor Gaidam for his support and pledged to do even more for the state in terms of educational development.
H.E Gov. Gaidam thanked the delegation for the visit and gave the assurances of the state government to maintain the partnership between the Group and the state government.
